General Conditions
1. Rate Basis

• The rates are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• The rates are NET RATES and inclusive of government taxes and service charge
• Accommodation is based on twin sharing with FULL BOARD MEALS.
• The rates include all transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles.
• The rates include private English, French, German, Chinese or Thai speaking station guide.
• The rates include boat fees as scheduled in the program.
• Picnic lunch is included in certain programmers where regular restaurant is not available, as mentioned in the program.
• For a group of 16 paying pax, 1 Tour Leader will be F.O.C. on sharing twin room basis. (Please contact us direct to know the quotation for all big groups)

Not included are:

• Infant: charge 30 % of package cost.
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 70 % of package cost

Pick you up at NoiBai international airport and transfer to Hanoi center. Hanoi is Vietnam’s political capital and is located in the north of the country, about 1800 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City. It has a population of more than 4 millions and is a strange mix of an Asian capital. It has broad boulevards, lush trees, ugly governmental institutions, and dozens of lakes and temples. Add a touch of French colonial architecture to that and you have quite a unique city, with a lot of charm. Free time at leisure...shopping in Hanoi Old Quarter, enjoy with water puppet show. Having dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Have breakfast at the hotel. We take you to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house - where Ho lived on and off from 1958to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh’s museum, Where tourists will learn what he has done for Viet Nam and some other countries and learn all kinds of information about President Ho Chi Minh. The next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda - a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake. Leave One Pillar Pagoda for the Temple of Literature - the first college of Viet Nam and the place dedicating to Confucian. Have lunch at a restaurant. After having lunch, drive to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Which is on the shore of West Lake. the Museum of Ethnology - Where you can look at the cultural mosaic of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.. End at your hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi

Have breakfast at the hotel. Take you transferring to Ha Long Bay via vehicle. This will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The driver goes through the Red River delta, so we'll have plenty of chance for taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy field. Directly to HaLong Bay - northeast of Hanoi and enter into the Red River Delta, rich with rural beauty and picturesque rice-farming villages. Once reaching Halong Bay, we board the wooden junk and set sail for a leisure cruise of Halong Bay through its three-thousand islands and rich rock - formations, passing by Ga Choi Island, Dinh Huong Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, and even visit ThienCung and DauGo Cave, Titop beach. Lunch served on-board while viewing the islands. Dinner and overnight in Halong Bay on HuongHai Junk boat.

Have breakfast at Junk boat. Discovering Gulf of BaiTuLong. Have lunch on boat. Continueing the Tuan Chau island – the most beautiful land island in Halong Bay – a center of international entertainment Vietnam northern. Back to Hanoi capital. The last place of city tour is HoanKiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake) with NgocSon Temple. Having dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to NoiBai international airport onward a flight to Hue VN245 (10.10=>11.20). Our guide take you to visit the 19th century Nguyen empire capital -the Forbidden Purple City and the Citadel. you will have a cyclo tour to the old emperors castle. Evening dinner with Royal menu in the royal park restaurant. Overnight in Hue.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Morning cruise on the Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang Royal Tomb. Having lunch in a local restaurant. Free time at leisure until take you to have dinner. Overnight in Hue.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Leave Hue after breakfast by road for Danang via the scenic fishing village of Lang Co and the Pass of Ocean Clouds. On the road from Danang to Hoi An visit five sacred hills known as the Marble Mountains containing dozens of Buddhist shrines. On arrival in Hoi An transfer to hotel. Hoi An was a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries and its architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Overnight in Hoi An.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Take a walking tour of the ancient town centre to visit former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful market. In the afternoon is free to relax perhaps browsing for souvenirs in Hoi An’s art galleries and silk shops, or maybe cycling to the nearby Cua Dai Beach. Overnight in Hoi An.

Morning drive to Danang. Onward a flight to Ho Chi Minh City VN321(08.00=>09.10). On arrival, our guide take you to visit Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnam's commercial capital and a city of extraordinary energy. Nowhere is Vietnam's rush to modernize more visible. Saigon, as it is still known, is a friendly and welcoming place. Begin with a walking tour of Saigon's famous landmarks such as Ho Chi Minh Square, Ben Thanh Market, Municipal Theatre. Drive to Cholon to visit the huge Binh Tay wholesale market. The late afternoon is free to further explore the city. Having dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Saigon.

Have breakfast. 07:00 AM – Pick up at your hotel. Coach trip to Cuchi district - visit : CU CHI TUNNELS – the underground village during the American Wars. With tunnel network of over 200km long. The tunnel derives from the system of underground caves during the period of resistance against the French invasion, but has been designed in large scales under scientific arrangement en suring persistent battle capacity while serving as logistical background to confront enemy forces. 12:00 – Lunch . Afternoon back to Ho Chi Minh. Tourist guide will take invite tourist to visit : Unification Palace ( used to be a Norodom Palace, Independence Palace with special architecture and now became A cultural historic vestige in Ho Chi Minh City). Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Tay Son Lacquerware workshop, China Town and enjoy the Saigon business life. Have dinner at boat restaurant on SaiGon river. Overnight in Sai Gon.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Our tour starts with a drive through the Mekong Delta to the CaoLanh. One of our stops will be to Xeo Quyet forest, which was an old Vietcong stronghold during the American war. Overnight in CanTho.

Have breakfast at the hotel. After brewing through the markets we board our riverboats for a cruise along the endless waterways of the Mighty Mekong. Having lunch at garden restaurant. Return to Hochiminh city. Having dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in SaiGon.

Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Airport onward a flight to SiemReap. Upon arrival in Siem Reap International Airport, welcome and transfer to hotel for check in. Start sightseeing tour (C) (D) visit old market for shopping and city tour till transfer to Bakheng Hill, at this time we can enjoy sunset view of the Tonle Sap Lake and a distant Angkor Wat in the jungle. Stay overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.(E)

Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to sightseeing tour visit South Gate Angkor Thom, Bayan Temple complxe, Elephant terrace, Baphoun, Vimean Akas, Prasat Sour Prat temple. In the afternoon transfer to visit Rolous group as Bakong temple and Preah ko temple after continues to visit the Heritage of Angkor Wat temple. Overnight in SiemReap.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport for departure to Bangkok. Transfer to hotel for check in - Dinner Thai Style + Dancing (Silom Village). Free time at leisure for night life in Patphong & Silome street. Overnight in Bangkok.
