General Conditions.

1. Rate basis:

         The rates are in US $ unless otherwise stated.

         The rates are NET RATES and inclusive of government taxes and service charge.

         Accommodation is based on twin sharing with FULL BOARD MEALS.

         The rates include all transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles.

         The rates include private English, French, German, Chinese or Thai speaking station guide.

         The rates include boat fees as scheduled in the program.

         Picnic lunch is included in certain programmers where regular restaurant is not available, as mentioned in the program.

         For a group of 15 paying pax, 1 Tour Leader will be F.O.C. on sharing twin room basis. (Please contact us direct to know the quotation for all big groups)

2. Child Policy:

 

•  Infant: charge 30 % of package cost.

• Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 70 % of package cost

• Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults with extra bed: charge 80 % of package cost

• Child under 12 years old and 1 other child sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 50 % of package cost.

HA  NOI – ARRIVAL

Arrive in Hanoi. Meet your guide and transfer to hotel. The rest of day is at leisure till dinner.  Overnight in Hanoi

 

DAY  02

HA  NOI – HA LONG

Breakfast. City tour in Hanoi - a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. The city tour includes such sights as Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (except on Monday and Friday and the whole October and November of every year), Historical museum, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the Lake of the Restored Sword and the Old Quarter. After lunch at local restaurant, proceed to Halong. Dinner. Overnight in Halong.

 

DAY  03

HA  NOI – HA NOI

Breakfast. Take a cruise on the emerald green waters of Halong Bay (04 hours), among the 3,000 spectacular limestone islands, visit Dau Go and Thien Cung grottoes. The cruise ends with a fresh seafood lunch on board. Back to Hanoi. Watching the famous water puppet show after dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.

 

DAY  04

HA  NOI – HO CHI MINH

Breakfast. Check out at hotel and transfer to Noi Bai airport for domestic flight to HCMC. Pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to city center for city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, takes in the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, a lacquer ware factory and Thien Hau Pagoda in the city's bustling China town. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

DAY  05

HO CHI MINH – CU CHI

Breakfast. Transfer to Cu Chi, passing paddy fields. You will have the opportunity to make villages and witness how rice paper is made. In Cu Chi you will explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war. Lunch. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Then have a free time for shopping at Ben Thanh – the biggest market in Hochiminh city, and other shopping centers. Dinner. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

DAY  06

HO CHI MINH – VINH LONG

Breakfast. A full day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta, just some hours by coach from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City’s streets. Take a boat trip along narrow waterways overhung with dense vegetation and try exotic fruits in one of the many orchards. Visit Cai Be floating market. Lunch. Visit the orchards. Back to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY  07

HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE

Breakfast. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure flight. End of services

Breakfast. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for morning flight to Hue. The local guide greets you at Phu Bai airport and transfer to city. A boat trip on the romantic Perfume River to visit Hue's best-known religious site, Thien Mu 7-storeys Pagoda & Minh Mang king’s mausoleum. Dinner at local restaurant.  Overnight in Hue.

 

DAY  05

HUE – HOI AN ( World’s Heritage )

Breakfast. Visit the elaborate mausoleums of the kings Tu Duc and the Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Lunch at local restaurant. Leave Hue in the afternoon for Hoian. The scenic route passes through Danang before climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds and dropping down to the wonderfully photogenic fishing village of Lang Co. Arrive in Hoian in the late afternoon. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hoian.

 

DAY  06

HOI AN – MYSON SANCTUARY ( World’s Heritage )

Breakfast. Transfer to My Son to visit My Son Sanctuary. Back to Hoian. Lunch. Have a city tour in Hoian - was a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries and its architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Take a walking tour of the ancient town centre to visit former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful market. Dinner. Overnight in Hoian.

 

DAY  07

HOI AN – DA NANG – HO CHI MINH

Breakfast. Transfer to Danang airport. Stopover to visit Marble mountain and Cham museum on route. Then take the afternoon flight for Ho Chi Minh City. The local guide greets you at Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to city center to visit the Former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral & Old Saigon Post Office. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

HO CHI MINH – PHAN THIET

Leave Ho Chi Minh City by road for Phan Thiet. The scenic 200km drive north on Highway One passes through the bustling city of Bien Hoa before cutting through dense rubber plantations. Nearer to Phan Thiet the terrain changes to arid semi-desert with cactus plants and strange looking dragon fruit trees. Arrive in Phan Thiet in the late morning and check into resort. The rest of day is free to relax by the pool or on the sandy beach. Overnight in Phan Thiet.

 

DAY  03

PHAN THIET

A full day at leisure in the resort or on the beach. For the more active, golf is available nearby (on your account). Overnight in Phan Thiet.

 

DAY  04

PHAN THIET – NHA TRANG

Leave Phan Thiet for Nha Trang after breakfast breaking the journey at Phan Rang to visit the 13^th century Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers perched high on a rocky hill surrounded by prickly pear cacti. After Phan Rang follow Highway One up the coast past salt ponds and vivid green rice fields to Nha Trang. Overnight in Nha Trang.

 

DAY  05

NHA TRANG

A morning boat trip on Nha Trang bay visits Hon Tam island and there are opportunities to swim and snorkel in the clear warm waters (on your account). After a fresh seafood lunch at one of the islands in the bay return to shore for a short afternoon city tour including the Ponagar Cham Towers, Long Son Pagoda with its enormous white Buddha statue and the lively Dam Market. Overnight in Nha Trang.

 

DAY  06

NHA TRANG

Free at leisure. Water sports abound including parasailing, jet skiing, water skiing and relaxing boat trips to the outlying islands (on your account). Overnight in Nha Trang.

 

DAY  07

NHA TRANG – QUY NHON

\Leaving Nha Trang after breakfast continue the scenic journey northwards up Highway One to Quy Nhon, 240km away. Transfer to the resort on arrival. The rest of day is at leisure. Overnight in Quy Nhon.

Leave Quy Nhon after breakast for Hoi An, breaking the journey to visit My Lai Massacre Memorial near to Quang Ngai. Arrive in Hoi An early in the afternoon. Hoi An was a major Asian trading port in the 17^th and 18^th centuries and its architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Take a walking tour of the ancient town centre to visit former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful market. Overnight in Hoi An. 

 

DAY  10

HOI AN – MY SON – HOI AN

A half day trip to visit the capital and religious centre of the former Champa Kingdom, My Son. Here, 40km southwest of Hoi An, in a lush green valley, are dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries. On returning to Hoi An in the afternoon, visit Hoi An ancient town. Overnight in Hoi An.

 

DAY  11

HOI AN – HA NOI – HA LONG

A morning free to relax on the beach or by the resort pool or perhaps rent a bicycle to ride into Hoi An to explore the picturesque centre of town with its restored 18th century merchants’ houses. Hoi An also boasts some of the best silk shops, art galleries and handicraft shops in Vietnam as well as dozens of excellent restaurants serving the delicious local specialities.  After lunch, transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Hanoi. Pick up & transfer directly to Halong. Dinner. Overnight in Ha Long.

HA LONG – HA NOI
